The Fair is coming together nicely. Fifteen farms, including a fishery and a honey CSA have confirmed that they will attend the Fair on February 25. Our fingers are crossed in hope that a meat CSA and a dairy CSA that supply our communities will also be able to attend. All of the Shared Harvest farmers will be there. Charley Baer is bringing beans. Rob and/or Meghan from Riverland will tend the SH CSA table along with Charley. Our other growers, Jenny Wooster from Picadilly Farm and Dennis Busa from Busa Farm will be nearby, selling their own summer CSA shares at the Fair.

Just in case the thought of all that healthy food you’ll be eating this summer (and next winter) has you feeling a bit overwhelmed, it looks like Taza Chocolate will be on hand to sell chocolate 🙂
